Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LongShotters (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME](“LongShotters”, “we”, “us”), [ABN/ACN or company number], of [registered address]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What LongShotters is — and is not

LongShotters is an AI-generated sports-prediction information service. We publish statistical picks and analysis for sporting events (such as tennis and football).

2. Eligibility & age

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. You confirm this when you register.
• The Service is offered only to residents of Australia and the United Kingdom. You warrant that you are located in an eligible territory and that acting on sports-betting information is lawful where you are.
• We may suspend or close any account where we reasonably suspect underage use or misrepresentation of eligibility.

3. Subscription, pricing & billing

Free World Cup period

Access is free during the 2026 FIFA World Cup promotional period. At the end of that period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We will tell you clearly before any charge is made; you will not be charged without your agreement to the paid plan.

Paid subscription

• The paid plan is billed on a recurring basis (currently around A$/£15 per month; the exact price and currency shown at checkout applies and may differ by territory).
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled. We will send a reminder before a renewal charge where required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Price changes will be notified in advance. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation & refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal — cancelling is as easy as subscribing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights, including a cooling-off period for new subscriptions. Where you ask to begin access immediately, you acknowledge this may affect your right to a full refund for the period already supplied.
• Except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), fees already paid for a current period are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

• All picks, content, analysis, models, and software are owned by LongShotters and protected by intellectual-property laws.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access our content for your own personal, non-commercial betting use only.
• You must not redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit our tips, nor use them to build or train a competing product.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• Not financial advice. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or other regulated advice.
• No liability for betting losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or any pick. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
• Automated content. Picks are generated by automated and AI systems and may contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded by agreement, including statutory consumer guarantees.

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling carries risk and can cause harm. Please gamble responsibly and only bet what you can afford to lose. Free, confidential support is available — see our Responsible Gambling page.

8. Your obligations

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• Ensure that betting, and acting on our information, is legal in your location — we give no warranty that it is.

9. Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms, suspected underage use, resale of tips, or fraudulent payment.
• You may close your account at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• On termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & complaints

• Australian users: these Terms are governed by the laws of [State, e.g. New South Wales], Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
• UK users: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Changes & general

• We may update these Terms. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. If you do not accept, you may close your account.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
